Description

 The effect of exosomes of healthy donors and exosomes isolated from placental MSCs in vitro on paracrine secretion of peripheral blood mononuclear cells of healthy people, patients with chronic heart failure (CHF), and obliterating atherosclerosis of the lower extremities of the lower extremities was studied. VEGF, IL-10, ICAM-1, TNF-α and MCP-1. Certain features have been established regarding the intensity of synthesis of these molecules depending on the type of target cytokine, their accumulation in the cell and gender differences of the studied subjects.
