Description

The object of the study is the safety of mining operations in the mining areas of coal mines. The purpose of the work is to develop recommendations for ensuring gas safety during the operation of gas-suction units VMCG-7M of the excavation site 13 of the southern bench of block 10 of PJSC «Management of the mine "POKROVSKE". Research methods - generalization and analysis of results, methods of mathematics. statistics, calculations according to standard methods. As a result of the work, the mining-geological and mining-technical characteristics of the quarry section 13 of the southern bench of block 10 of PJSC «Management of the mine "POKROVSKE" were analyzed. "Recommendations for ensuring gas safety during the operation of gas extraction units of the VMCG-7M extraction site 13 of the southern bench of block 10" have been developed. The "Project of isolated removal of methane from the produced space 13 of the southern bench of block 10 outside the excavation area along the pipeline with the help of gas-suction fans VMCG-7M" provided by PJSC «Management of the mine "POKROVSKE" was approved, subject to the implementation of the developed recommendations for ensuring safety during operation gas suction units. As a result of the application of the developed recommendations, the safety of mining operations is ensured, which is of great socio-economic and ecological importance.
