Description

The analysis of installations with filter fabrics and electrofilters was performed. Their shortcomings and opportunities for improvement of structures are established. It is proposed to create a universal modular cleaning system. The operation of the agglomeration plant was investigated. Reconstruction is proposed in two stages. With replacement of the battery multicyclone - a modular type electrofilter. Dusting plates, electrodes are designed. The main overall dimensions for the pre-removal chambers and the main zones have been calculated. A number of numerous experiments were conducted in the SOLID WORKS program, which made it possible to determine the trajectories of gas movement with maximum dust deposition at minimum resistance in the collector. The dependence of the resistance of the inertial apparatus on the speed (V) of the dust-contaminated gas in the apparatus and the efficiency, the range of the dust load and dispersion composition of the solid component, and the limits of the corona charge density were established. Deposition zones established by computer modeling were confirmed by measurements. The electric filter was manufactured and assembled in the conditions of PJSC "Prydniprovsky Mechanical Plant". A design and technical solution for replacing battery cyclones with a "VAV-400/50D" fine gas purification device, which performs pre-cleaning and reducing the load on the second stage of cleaning - the electrofilter, is proposed.
