The object of study: combined method of treatment of ovarian cancer with neoadjuvant chemotherapy. Objective: to increase the effectiveness of complex treatment of ovarian cancer and recurrences of the disease by using hormone therapy based on the study of the level of expression of estrogen and progesterone receptors in the tumor and the content of sex hormones in the blood of patients. Research Methods and Accs: clinical, radiological, immunological, morphological, statistical, a device diagnostic ultrasonic Clear Vue 550. Theoretical and practical results: it was established that the receptor status depends on the histological structure of the tumor and the age of patients with ovarian cancer. It was established that the ER+ PR+ receptor status occurs only in patients with serous cystadenocarcinoma - 10%. It was determined that the risk of mortality in mucinous carcinoma increased more than 4 times. The novelty: for the first time in Ukraine, the expression of estrogen and progesterone in the tumor of patients with ovarian cancer was investigated and the relationship between the receptor status, the age of patients with ovarian cancer and the stage of the disease was established.
