The purpose of the study is to develop Methodological recommendations for assessing the condition and restoring the load-bearing capacity of the coverings of Ukrainian airfields damaged or destroyed as a result of hostilities. An algorithm for confirming the compliance of critical components of the BPS has been developed. The certification basis of the KBPS M-7-B5 "Sky Patrol" has been optimized, taking into account the requirements of airworthiness standards CS-Р and CS-Е, and also included Special technical conditions. In accordance with the National legislation, the Ukrainian standard VST 01.204.009–2021 (01) "Engineering and aviation support. Requirements for the airworthiness of unmanned aircraft systems (STANAG 4671 Ed. 3/AEP-4671 Ed. B UNMANNED AIRCRAFT SYSTEMS AIRWORTHINESS REQUIREMENTS (USAR), IDT)". Research methods – analysis of domestic and foreign regulatory documents in the field of design, construction and operation of airfields, methods of assessing the bearing capacity of airfield coatings, methods of modeling, deduction and induction. Practical meaning. Further development of provisions and methods for assessing the technical condition of non-rigid and rigid airfield surfaces that were damaged as a result of hostilities will provide an opportunity to ensure the quality and reliability of the initial data for the development of repair and restoration projects. For each type of airfield surface and soil areas of airfields that were damaged as a result of hostilities, methodological recommendations have been developed for restoring the bearing capacity to the normalized values of the relevant indicators. The items of the KBPS Certification Program have been developed and detailed. The sequence of stages of obtaining the KBPS Type Certificate was obtained in accordance with the requirements of the KBPS M-7-B5 "Nebesnyy patrulʹ" certification base. The case of the standard "DESIGN AND ERGONOMICS. COMPLEXES OF UNMANNED AIRCRAFT. DESIGN PROCEDURE".
