Description

 In accordance with the scientific and thematic plan and work programme, the suitability and effectiveness of bioinformatic methods for the development of genetic markers of productive traits of farm animals were assessed and the principles of bioinformatic analysis in the breeding process were developed. As part of the research work, a new approach aimed at finding causative polymorphisms and mutations in farm animal genes was developed using bioinformatics methods.
