Description

 Object of research: persons aged 18 and older who permanently reside in Kyiv. The purpose of the work is to analyze the nature of citizens' participation in the formation and implementation of policies at the community and state levels, to assess the degree of involvement of Kyiv residents in the activities of the community's civil society and to study the degree of commitment and sufficiency in informing about the activities of the authorities in wartime, as well as to identify the main trends in the use of local democracy mechanisms and tools for dialogue with the community authorities by Kyiv and Kyiv residents. The result of the work carried out: the characteristics of civil society of the capital's community under martial law are analyzed; An assessment of citizens' participation in the formation and implementation of policies at the community and state levels, as well as the nature of the use of local democracy mechanisms and dialogue tools by Kyiv residents, taking into account the development of information and communication technologies, was carried out. It is determined that there are problematic markers and prospects for their leveling regarding the degree of involvement of Kyiv men and women in the activities of the civil society of the community and to study the degree of commitment and sufficiency in informing about the activities of the authorities in wartime.
