Description

The object of the study is the safety of mining operations in the mining areas of coal mines. The purpose of the work is to develop recommendations for ensuring gas safety during the operation of gas extraction units VMCG-7M of extraction site 8 of the southern "bis" bench of block 10 layer d4 PJSC «Management of the mine «POKROVSKE». Research methods - generalization and analysis of results, methods of mathematics. statistics, calculations according to standard methods. As a result of the work, the mining-geological and mining-technical characteristics of the excavation site 8 of the southern "bis" lava of the block 10 layer d4 of PJSC «Management of the mine «POKROVSKE» were analyzed. "Recommendations for ensuring gas safety during the operation of gas extraction units VMCG-7M of excavation site 8 of the southern "bis" lava of block 10 of layer d4" were developed. The "Project of isolated removal of methane from the produced space 8 of the southern "bis" lava of block 10 of layer d4 beyond the excavation area along the pipeline using gas-suction fans VMCG-7M" provided by PJSC «Management of the mine «POKROVSKE» was approved, subject to the implementation of the developed recommendations regarding ensuring safety during the operation of gas suction units. As a result of the application of the developed recommendations, the safety of mining operations is ensured, which is of great socio-economic and ecological importance.
