Description

The object of the research is social relations that arise in the process of the National Guard of Ukraine as a subject of state security. Research methods – the methodological basis of scientific research work is a set of processes and techniques of scientific knowledge. Their application is guided by a systematic approach, which makes it possible to investigate problems in the unity of their social content and legal form. Separate methods of scientific knowledge were also used in the work. The main goal of the work is the formation of the theoretical and legal foundations of the National Guard of Ukraine as a subject of the state security of Ukraine, the peculiarities of the performance of tasks during the operation of the legal regime of martial law, the determination of the regularities of its development in the information age, the preparation of proposals on ways to solve current problems and development national legislation in this area based on best practices and best practices of NATO and FIEP countries. Scientific goal: the development of specific practical recommendations and scientifically based proposals for solving problematic issues related to normative, legal and methodological improvement of the service and combat tasks of the National Guard of Ukraine in the state security sector of Ukraine: Theoretical and practical aspect, the theoretical and practical significance of the research results is that provisions can be used: in scientific work - for further research of the regulatory and legal bases of the functioning of the National Guard units; in the educational process - during the teaching of the "Fundamentals of State Security of Ukraine" disciplines and special courses, development of manuals and methodological recommendations; in rule-making - to improve current legislation and develop new normative legal acts that regulate these issues; in service-combat activity - to develop proposals for increasing the efficiency of service-combat activity.
