 The objects of the study are the billing data of telecommunications operators of Ukraine. The purpose of the study is to develop a methodology for uniform approaches to the order, sequence, and completeness of the study of telecommunications systems (equipment) and their means, networks, and information processes. Research methods and equipment - visual, hardware, program. Theoretical and practical results of the NDR - the development of a methodology for researching telecommunication equipment and systems, on the basis of which it is possible to conduct research on modern and those that are being developed, telecommunication systems (equipment) and means, networks and information processes in them. Effectiveness of implementation – reduction of time for expert training, reduction of the terms of conducting examinations and expert studies.
