Description

 The objects of the study are buildings and structures, relevant regulatory and technical documentation. Theoretical and practical results ‒ general regulatory materials on the valuation of real estate in Ukraine are given, an analysis of the current state of valuation of real estate is carried out, and a detailed algorithm for conducting examinations is provided in relation to research on determining the cost of restoration of real estate that has undergone significant damage and destruction, theoretical and practical issues are presented. Effectiveness of implementation - the developed methodological recommendations will allow to more fully satisfy the needs of forensic experts in the conduct of research and reduce the term of examinations. The field of use is in expert practice when conducting examinations and expert studies when solving issues of construction and technical expertise.
