Description

 A method for treating the bile duct with the artery during laparoscopic cholecystectomy has been offered for the first time. To achieve effective cholestasis and haemostasis, this technique uses the electric welding technology of living biological tissues, which modifies, simplifies and accelerates the procedure while increasing its reliability and safety, including the stage of sealing the gallbladder puncture site and the treatment of the gallbladder bed. For the first time, a method for the preventing and treating trocar hernias has been developed. It involves treating the peritoneum with electric welding (seamless restoration of its continuity) in the port area, which is used to evacuate the removed gallbladder from the abdominal cavity, thus ensuring the elimination of possible hernia orifices and reducing the risk of trocar hernias in the long term after laparoscopic surgery.
