 The purpose of the study is to analyze and theoretically substantiate the reproductive capacity of animals in modern conditions and to introduce methods of their correction, manufacture and testing of a pregnancy test Methods of research in rabbits - clinical - to determine the swelling and redness of the vulva and vaginal mucosa, cytological - to evaluate swabs from the vagina of rabbits, histological - for the microscopic structure of the ovaries and uterus of rabbits, microscopic - to determine the qualitative and quantitative indicators of rabbit sperm and statistical methods - to process digital indicators of research results to assess their reliability. During the work on cattle, the following methods were used: instrumental, clinical: (ultrasound examination of genital organs); external (examination, palpation, determination of the stage of sexual cycle excitation); internal (vaginal, rectal); laboratory (cytological, immunological, development of a test for early diagnosis of pregnancy), statistical (level of milk production, calf yield, service period, inter-calving period, dry period, insemination index and mathematical processing of research results).
