Description

 The object of the study is regulatory documents and legal acts that regulate the rules of technical operation, navigation and collision prevention of ships, navigation and transportation of goods and passengers, conducting technological processes and performing certain types of work, conducting investigations and recording accidents and accidents on sea and inland water transport, as well as scientific and technical and reference literature. Novelty – for the first time, the place of the forensic examination of events on sea and inland water transport in the general theory of expertise, its subject, object, purpose, task and approximate list of questions is determined; a classification of the tasks of the type of forensic examination of events on sea and inland water transport was formed, which allows to differentiate its research by types of forensic technical examinations (including life safety); the list of expert specialties necessary for complex or individual research of events on sea and inland water transport is defined; an algorithm for the sequence of conducting research was developed in order to determine the causes of accidents, accidents on sea and inland water transport, etc., compliance, from a technical point of view, of the actions / inaction of the persons involved in the events with the requirements of technical documents and normative legal acts on labor protection and safety life activities, as well as their cause-and-effect relationships in the studied event.
