The purpose of the work is to ensure the rational use of the natural resources through effective waste management; to form the concept of a resource-saving agricultural complex through the development and implementation of bioorganic technologies for growing crops for the production of biofuels from agrobiomass and livestock waste; to ensure the energy independence of the industry and the formation of food security of the country. The research methods are: monographic, graphic and tabular, analysis and synthesis, abstraction, generalization, analogy, statistical research methods, comparative analysis, case study, DEA method and field research. The research results – a bioorganic technology for growing crops and a software package have been developed and implemented to the activities of the agricultural enterprises, allowing to evaluate and compare various technologies for processing organic waste, determine their efficiency and choose optimal solutions for integration into soil nutrition systems. The obtained research results have practical value in ensuring the food, environmental, energy and economic security of Ukraine, since the use of the developed technology for growing crops ensures an increase in the yield and production volumes of organic products; the proposed directions for the effective use of agrobiomass and utilization of agricultural waste for the production of biofuels ensure energy independence and carbon neutrality; the use of digestate helps to save costs on the purchase of mineral fertilizers and increase the profitability and environmental friendliness of production; the use of public-private partnership mechanisms by authorities for the production of biofuels will activate job creation.
