Under the elaboration of methodology of the ecological indication of the ecosystem's state the main approaches and criterions of adequate reflecting of the degree of anthropogenic factors influence, conditioned by complex character of pollution from the side of great industrial city, and diagnosing the early violations in biota's components, have been determined. The essence of proposed methodology consists in the using as instruments of ecological estimation the water organism's populations and communities structural and functional characteristics. It is established, that the most sensitive to anthropogenic effect are the parameters such as biodiversity, correlation of taxonomic groups of various ranks, presence species-indicators of certain zones of saprobity in the composition of dominating complex, quantitative development, seasonal and inter-annual dynamics of community and so on.5635
