The wideband coupling elements for measuring OR with small reflection coefficient using smooth - irregular waveguide transitions and new type - with a strip metal grid are investigated. The technique of measurement of parameters of the equivalent circuit of any coupling elements is developed. A new principle and technical realization of the quasi-optical semi-conductor power combiner are offered.
