It has been developed a selective double stage (cascade) method for obtaining a mixture of monohydric aliphatic alcohols (mainly С2-С6) from synthesis gas, formation thereof is thermodynamically impossible with one catalyst; development of effective methods of the process. Technology of synthesis of catalysts for first and second stages and developed cascade process for obtaining of a mixture of aliphatic alcohols from gas synthesis can be used for industrial implementation of alternative motor fuels of non petroleum origin and different organic compounds at chemical plants of Ukraine.
