With unilateral defeat of hearing the scheme of clinical-diagnostic inspection of patients is developed for improvement of efficiency of differential-topical diagnostics due to use of modern methods of research. Features, characteristic only for the given pathology of patients are revealed. For the first time the technique electroacupuncture diagnostics for revealing features of a condition of systems of an organism which are connected with sensorineural relative deafness depending on etiology factor has been used. Speech audiometry "the accelerated speech", as diagnostic, tests are developed for revealing the central infringements of acoustical function. Adequate rehabilitation actions for the given group of patients are developed and approved.
