It's developed the theory of scattering of electromagnetic waves on the lattices containing a large number of Dielectric Resonators (DR); Elaborated and justifying newest calculation technique of electrodynamics models of microwave, infra-red and optical devices using Dielectric Resonators; Dielectric Resonator coupling parameters are investigated in the new microwave structures and in the open space; A large system DRs coupling oscillation resonance behavior and electromagnetic wave scattering parameters where proposed and investigated; A new mechanism of electromagnetic waves scattering on cylindrical DR lattices are examined; One proposed and analyzed a new structures of antenna lattices to look like linear or ring spatial structures; Its achieved opportunity of essential widening of antenna frequency bands (from 6 to 13%) also gain factor increasing of new structures of antenna lattices on DRs; Its work out software for a lot number of DR antennas and antenna lattices.
