On the basis of the results of thermal and hydrodynamic calculations of coal activation coal furnace made a working draft of oven coal activation in a fluidized bed. Construction works on the creation of a pilot plant activated carbon capacity of 60 tons / year of raw material was carried out. Operational tests conducted pilot plant using anthracite as raw material of one of the CEP Donbass. In studies of the vapor-gas sample studied activation of coal at different process parameters (duration and temperature of activation) was obtained activated carbon, which complies with performance characteristics of the best foreign samples of activated carbon. Parameters of technological equipment comply with calculated data and the characteristics of the manufacturer.
