The conceptual basis of the creation of the pilot house developed "passive" such as the scientific, technical and technological thermophysical laboratory. As a result of calculations obtained three-dimensional velocity field, pressure and wind energy parameters allowed to define the outer boundary conditions and defining indicators for the ventilation system and heat the house "passive" type. alculations of heat loss through the building envelope with insulation in the software package "Mathcad v13.0" to determine the total thermal load on the heating and hot water system. he experimental study of heat transfer through a window construction raznovariantnye showed that energy-efficient houses passive type, the best option would be a three-chamber window profile designs and double-glazed windows with two i-coatings. For passive-gravitational, forced and exhaust ventilation designed and assembled heat exchangers type "ground - air", which are placed in the ground array (at a depth of 2.5 m). Conducted thermophysical modeling of air-ground heat exchanger for the air curtain facade walls of the pilot house, "passive" type showed that this structure allows you to organize the natural air convection in the interlayer gap wall of the building.
