For the first time the necessity of the system of vocational education and training in the development of methodical bases of teacher training for distance learning of skilled workers was substantiated; design of personality-developing technologies; found: methodological principles of distance learning of future skilled workers in vocational and technical education: it was found that the main principle of organizing distance learning in vocational education should be blended learning; the conceptual-categorical apparatus of the research is specified; the guiding principle of organizing distance learning in vocational education should be blended learning; It was found out that the development of distance courses for vocational education should be done taking into account the methodology of the modular training of the ILO.
