 he object of research is building materials, buildings, structures and their parts (structures), devices, relevant documents. The purpose of the work is to create scientifically based methodological recommendations for the study of building materials of various purposes (including as part of buildings or structures or dismantled) in order to determine their value when conducting forensic commodity and construction-technical studies. In the course of the research work, a method of construction and technical research of building materials of various purposes was developed, including those that are for their intended purpose as part of a building or structure or dismantled, which makes it possible to effectively solve the issue of determining their value, taking into account the loss of quality (including within the framework of complex examinations as part of builders with the involvement of commodity experts). The results of the NDR are recommended to be used to determine the real value of construction materials of various purposes (including as part of a building or structure or dismantled) when conducting forensic construction-technical and commodity examinations.
