Implementation of the project involves priority studies of microRNA-dependent mechanisms of regulation of metabolism of experimental animals and humans, as well as the development of protection against metabolic disorders associated with age, under the influence of different modes of alpine hypoxia. Experimental studies will be conducted at the molecular, cellular and subcellular levels in the myocardium, lungs and whole body, it is planned to conduct population studies in volunteers - residents of the plains and midlands. The sequence of induction of growth factors, metabolic proteins, microRNA, activation of signaling pathways and their intercommunication with the development of metabolic cytoprotection under the action of different modes of alpine hypoxia. During the project implementation, it is planned to modernize experimental-clinical laboratories to perform the necessary stages of physiological and molecular-biological research are based on ICAMER in Elbrus, development of experimental models, protocols and recommendations. popup.nrat_date 2024-12-10 Close
