The refractive indexes of correction of corneal astigmatism in facacoemulsification of cataracts with implantation of the intraocular lens in the early and late postoperative period will be studied. It will be proposed to increase the effectiveness of surgical treatment of cataracts in the eyes with corneal astigmatism by developing an improved method for correction of concomitant corneal astigmatism in the phacoemulsification of cataracts and, as a consequence, an algorithm for optimizing the method of correction of refractive anomalies in the phacoemulsification of cataracts with the implantation of the intraocular lens on the eyes with corneal astigmatism will be developed. Haemo- and hydrodynamic disturbances in cataracts with high myopia have not been studied in full, and there are quite a lot of such patients in our time.
