The classification of the technologies and determination of their origin relatively to certain cultural-chronological stages is assumed. Now we can outline two main factors - autonomous formation and borrowing. The last thing separates to the transfer of the pure technology and technology together with production. The methodological basis for the study includes comparatively-typological, evolutionary-chronological, paleo-economic methods and also methods for the ancient technologies study.
