Population markers of species adaptation to changes in environmental conditions have been identified. Subcellular-molecular markers for monitoring changes in biochemical processes as adaptation of organismal phytosystems to reserve-like changes in environmental conditions in nature conservation areas will be analyzed. Changes in the dynamics of deposited carbon in ecosystems will also be explored as an indicator of their state and development prospects in the conditions of various forms of environmental protection.
