Main tasks: 1) research of the modern normative base regulating the activity of law-enforcement and law-enforcement bodies in Ukraine; 2) an analysis of the activity of the bodies of the advocacy, the prosecutor's office, the notary on its compliance with European norms and standards in the field of the protection of human and civil rights and freedoms; 3) study of normative legal acts of the Council of Europe and the European Union aimed at regulating the activities of law enforcement agencies in the field of the protection of human and civil rights and freedoms; 4) conducting a comparative analysis of criminal legislation in the field of the protection of human rights and freedoms and the citizen of the European Union member states and Ukraine; 5) preparation of materials for the assembly of works with proposals for the improvement of criminal law and the activities of law enforcement and law enforcement agencies in order to harmonize their activities in accordance with European standards in the protection of human and civil rights and freedoms; 6) the provision of proposals and recommendations for the improvement of criminal legislation and legislation governing the functioning of the lawyers, prosecutors and notaries in order to optimize their activities in the protection of human and citizen rights and freedoms in accordance with European standards. popup.nrat_date 2024-12-10 Close
