In order to achieve this goal, it is planned to develop a new technology of composite materials formation and to determine technological modes of formation of protective coatings based on the results of the study of the processes that occur in the structure formation of composites, in particular, in the presence of fullerene nanoparticles and powders, which are industrial waste.
