The paper envisages the development of methods for the synthesis of new organic compounds as potential biologically active substances. The reactions of diaminocarbenes and heterocyclic carbenes with sulfone, sulfoxide and ketone compounds will be studied in order to carry out insertion reactions and subsequent cleavage reactions to obtain olefin derivatives with said functional groups and optically active compounds. The objects of study also envisage three-component carbene reactions with the formation of spirocyclic compounds. Carbene complexes will be obtained to search for new biologically active compounds with antimicrobial, antiviral and antitumor effects.
