Objectives of the project: creation of research laboratory supramolecular design and 3D printing technology of functional composites based on carbon nanomaterials, as well as development and design of new reactors for the synthesis of carbon nanostructures for 3D printing. The main tasks of the work include: I. development of methods for producing carbon nanostructures with a developed surface (different methods in different media in the presence of different catalysts and alloying additives, etc.) for 3D printing; II. synthesis of nanoparticles for 3D printing by pyrolytic method; III. synthesis of nanoparticles for 3D printing by electric arc gas synthesis method; IV. synthesis of nanoparticles for 3D printing by liquid-phase electro-arc synthesis; V. conducting synthesis of nanostructured particles for 3D printing in parallel by two methods (arc discharge in liquid medium and in gas environment); VI. study of the influence of carbon nanoparticles synthesis methods on the mechanical and physical properties of 3D-printed products from nanostructures; VII. development and design of new carbon nanostructures synthesis reactors for 3D printing; VIII. conducting comparative characteristics of the forming compact products 3D-nanostructures features obtained by different methods of synthesis; IX. development of compact products technology creation of various purpose by the method of 3D printing from nanostructures; X. working out the methods of hardening different-purpose products after their production by 3D printing from nanostructures; XI. development of a methodology for studying the physicochemical properties and performance of compact products of various purposes created by the method of 3D printing from nanostructures; XII. development of a model for the process of creating a 3D product by 3D printing from NS. popup.nrat_date 2024-12-10 Close
