In the course of the project implementation, research activities should be aimed at developing theoretical provisions on the implementation and protection of corporate rights, the mechanism of legal regulation of certain ways of implementation and protection of corporate rights and their further practical implementation by creating the necessary bills, disseminating scientific ideas that have been introduced among scientists , practitioners, and more.
