In order to achieve this goal, we plan to study model physical-chemical processes of Antarctic ecosystem, and use a gravity tomography method as unique opportunity to study the deep structure of Antarctica without drilling. It will give us possibility to upgrade our understanding of the geological history of the region, to reveal new patterns, to discover unknown geological formations, and, as result, to clarify the role of geological factors in climate change which is more intensive last period of time. These tasks contribute to the realization of long-term scientific, economic and other national interests of Ukraine in the Antarctic. popup.nrat_date 2024-12-10 Close
