It is supposed to consider and compare such manifestations in various phenomena from the questions of establishing the influence of size effects on the electrophysical, polar, and magnetoelectric properties of carbon nanostructures, nanotubes, graphene nanosystems, for example, “graphene on ferroelectric multiferroics” and other properties of granular magnetic films and multiferroics to electronic properties of semiconductor superlattices, or a combination of quantum wells under optical excitation, as well as carrier scattering mechanisms charge and role of radiation injection defects. The main focus will be on the electrical, magnetic, magnetoelectric, optical, electro-optical, transport properties of hybrid nanosystems.
