Development of scenarios for the creation of mixed plasma in the mode of small impurities, which are planned to be used on the W7-X stellarator and EUROfusion installations. Studies of these scenarios are planned to be conducted using an antenna similar to the one planned to be installed on this stelarator. 2. Adaptation of thermodesorption probe diagnostics to the analysis of gases trapped by the chamber wall. A method for processing the original data of this diagnosis will be developed. Recommendations for its use on the Hurricane-2M stelarator to study different modes of operation of the plasma installation will be presented. Possibilities for using this diagnostics in large machines and a thermonuclear reactor will also be analyzed. 3. To make a contribution to the physical picture of RF discharges for cleaning the walls of the vacuum chamber, obtained on the basis of analysis of experimental data and theoretical calculations. The new knowledge gained from these studies will have an impact on further developments in cleaning discharges and RF plasma generation in large machines. 4. To study the features of sawtooth oscillations of plasma in low-order discharges magnetic field B = 0.01 T depending on the parameters of the magnetic configuration of the stelarator HURRICANE-2M. In particular: -Using a number of different probes (eg triple Langmuir probe, magnetic probe) will measure the dependence of the profiles of the plasma parameters depending on the parameters of the magnetic configuration and the nature of the plasma oscillations. This is possible because previous experiments have shown that the probes can measure the full spatial profile of such plasma from the periphery to the center without significant perturbation. -Using multichannel optical systems non-contact study of plasma oscillations from different angles and compare with measurements using probes. -Compare the results with data from the Wendelstein 7-X stellarator. popup.nrat_date 2024-12-10 Close
