The aim is to develop a new resource-saving technology for the production of young lamb meat under the hot climatic conditions of the Ukraine south. It is supposed to study the adaptive ability the Ascanian selection young sheep under the extreme conditions of southern Ukraine according to the following indicators: thermal sensitivity coefficient; the reactivity of the animal body under heat load; heat resistance index. It is planned to develop a fattening and grazing method of keeping the lambs of winter lambing for the production of young mutton.
