Wastes from the grinding process of PJSC SKF-Ukraine (steel SHH15), the Ukrainian-Polish joint venture Modern-Expo (stainless steel AIS1430) and wastes from forging and stamping production of PJSC Kovelsilmash (steel 18HNT and others). The obtained metal powders together with the particles of the natural mineral saponite are used to obtain blanks of products for design and tribotechnical purposes. The technology of manufacturing blanks is implemented in two stages. At the first stage we obtain from the charge (metal powder + saponite) a porous intermediate workpiece in the SHS process. In the second stage in the mode of cold or hot pressing a compact workpiece. By replacing traditional processing methods with energy-saving ones and through the use of metal powders and the natural mineral saponite - to improve the technology of manufacturing compact materials. The work is performed for the first time. The impetus for the work was the analysis of existing methods of obtaining compact materials, which showed that the use of traditional methods does not provide the full range of technological and physical and mechanical properties. popup.nrat_date 2024-12-09 Close
