Research methods - comparative-geographical, profile-analytical. Rational use of soil resources in the context of climate change is impossible without objective information about the genetic characteristics of soils, their associated properties as a result of natural and anthropogenic factors. Global climate change in recent decades requires the formalization of soil-climatic relationships based on the relevant patterns of climate influence on soil properties. Increasing the informativeness of soil cartographic materials for the balanced use and management of soil resources is possible through the application of new approaches to soil research, in fact the development of elements of digital soil science. The results will allow to obtain patterns of formation of genetic diversity of the soil cover of Ukraine depending on the action of climatic factors, to harmonize methodological approaches to soil research with the principles of international partnership. popup.nrat_date 2024-12-09 Close
