The project plans to explore the current state, priority areas for improving land legislation for land consolidation in Ukraine, foreign experience in order to harmonize with domestic norms and rules. To achieve this goal, it is planned to carry out an analysis of institutional support for land consolidation in Ukraine, analysis and assessment of the current situation, based on the results of which to substantiate the existing shortcomings of land use. It is planned to develop methodological recommendations for land consolidation in the process of reforming land relations.
