To develop an effective technology of controlled (concerning successive changes of microbial groups and biological processes due to the development of microorganisms introduced to the substrate) composting of organic matter on the basis of сhicken manure in order to obtain bioorganic fertilizer characterized by high agrochemical characteristics, substances (almost such fertilizers will be a kind of microbial drugs with broad functions). Processing of organic matter on the basis of сhicken manure into composts will have a concomitant ecological effect, will prevent negative consequences for the environment of accumulation of poultry waste. Given the high rate of development of poultry in Ukraine and the accumulation of waste from poultry farms in the form of сhicken manure, which amount to about 1.5 million tons per year, the proposed development is relevant and can be implemented in production. To achieve this goal it is planned to solve the following tasks: - to investigate the compatibility of selected strains of micromycetes of the genus Trichoderma and bacteria of the genus Bacillus for their cultivation in the laboratory; - to investigate the peculiarities of the development of microorganisms introduced to the composted substrates; - to create a technology for obtaining bioorganic fertilizers with a high content of introduced agronomically valuable microorganisms and physiologically active substances; - to investigate the effectiveness of the newly created bioorganic fertilizer popup.nrat_date 2024-12-09 Close
