Scales are used during the commercial, accounting, and technological operations for weighing loaded and unloaded wagons. Weighing must be carried out with or without uncoupling of wagons. Loading of wagons on scales is allowed only by loose cargo, or liquids, which are given in the wagon smoothly without blows.
