To this end we will apply modern high throughput methods of molecular biology to perform a bioinformatics analysis of transcriptome, proteome and metabolome in human placenta from the firs, second and third trimesters of pregnanacy in norm, under conditions of preeclampsia and also in smoking affected placenta which is shown to be half as likely suffering from the symptoms of preeclampsia. Openly available high throughput data will be involved with: microarray data and RNA-seq for transcriptome, protein masspectromerty data for proteome and masspectrometry and nuclear magnetic resonance for metabolome. The uniqueness of this study lies in an idea of intra- and cross-omics raw data integration. popup.nrat_date 2024-12-09 Close
