It is assumed that this mechanism is based on the physical (near-field) interaction between nanoparticles and biological objects, which should be characterized by resistance to the processes of adaptation of pathogens to existing drugs. To do this, it is planned to synthesize nanoparticle preparations that will be different in size, shape, material, structure and stabilizer and experimentally determine the effect of each of these parameters on the infectious activity of pathogens. The results of the experiments will confirm or refute the hypothesis that the near-field interaction of nanoparticles with bioobjects underlies their inhibitory action. Combining experimental results with their theoretical substantiation on the basis of constructed models and conducted simulations will allow to understand details of the mechanism of this interaction, to predict its new features and to estimate prospects of application of the studied mechanism for prevention or treatment of infectious diseases, creation of disinfectants. popup.nrat_date 2024-12-09 Close
