The sensor will be based on the detection and capture of magnetically controlled magnetic nanoparticles, the surface of which is covered with a layer of gold / silver, pathogen-specific DNA sequences that have been isolated from bacteria due to direct microwave ablation. After capture of the target DNA, magnetically sensitive nanoparticles are selected from the sample using a magnet. This approach allows you to concentrate and wash the target DNA for identification.
