In particular, the effect of such substances as pancuronium, vecuronium, gallamine, pilocarpine, acetylcholine, carbacholine, atropine, epinephrine, isoproterinol, propranolol on LCC-channels will be investigated. The expression of LCC-channels in the nuclear membranes of cardiomyocytes of different parts of the heart (right, left ventricles and atria, interventricular septum), hepatocytes, salivary gland secretory cells, smooth and skeletal muscle cells will be tested using the patch clamp method. popup.nrat_date 2024-12-09 Close
