Thus, the project aims to develop a method for the synthesis and preparation of the fluorescently tagged tris-dioximate iron (II) clathrochelate complex and examine its properties. To achieve this goal, we are planning to develop the methods for targeted modification of iron (II) clathrochelate complexes; to synthesize several iron (II) clathrochelates functionalized by linker groups - precursors of fluorescently tagged complexes; to develop a method of modification of linker groups by fluorescent tags.
