To evaluate the quality of IP legislation from the standalents of its impact on the biological security of the state in the context of a pandemic and other humanitarian and military challenges. Evaluate the current IP legislation, pharmacy and health care from the point of biosecurity of the state. To investigate the present inter-branch problems of correlation of adjusting of IP sphere with the legal adjusting of medicinal facilities and vaccines market, forming innovative infrastructure of local production of medicines and vaccines, and to define conceptual principles of their decision, coming from the features of IP sphere, character of public relations, that arise up in the process of creation, use and protection of intellectual property rights in the sphere of pharmaceutics and medicine.
