Objectives of the study: 1. Development of optimal concentrations of HA and PCL / PLA ratios, as well as a selection of modes (temperature, metric parameters of pores, and printing fibers) of 3D-print to create three-dimensional polymer-nanohydroxyapatite scaffolds. 2. Creation of three-dimensional polymer-nanohydroxyapatite scaffolds with the addition of different concentrations and shapes of silver and zinc oxide nanoparticles. 3. Determination of physicochemical, corrosion, structural and optical characteristics of the surface of implants obtained by different methods. 4. Determination of the degree of adhesion, proliferation, and metabolism of cells during cultivation on implants with a functionalized surface. 5.
