Ushynsky” popup.description1 The aim of the project is to create a multifunctional computer model of the track structure, which can be obtained as a result of irradiation with fast ions of thin dielectric and semiconductor films. Today, these structures have become the basis of a new generation of biosensor devices. The computer model will be used to solve a number of problems in nanotechnologies. The tasks include the study of the optimal shape of the track, the study of the atomic and electronic structure of the inner surface of the track, the study of the defective structure of the material in the area adjacent to the track.
